Change header menu background from transparent to white

  • I’m new to WordPress and need help editing a website: zpainters.com

    Basically I just want to change the background of my header menu from transparent to white so that when you see it on each page, you don’t see the page’s banner image underneath the logo or nav menu.

    I’m new to adding CSS coding as well so an easy step-by-step would be suuuper helpful. Thanks!
