Change header height

I need help either shrinking the header height or moving my profile and icons up further on the page as shown in the preview image. As of right now I am only able to create a “profile block” with the Gutenberg plugin which makes the block start much lower down on the page underneath where the slanted white space begins. I would like it to overlap with the header and slanted white space the way it does in the preview image. I have both Gutenberg and the needed “organic profile block” plugins installed and activated.
