Change Greeting Dialogue

Hello,

Love this plugin. Is there any way to change the greeting and first few lines of dialogue? The greeting dialogue is fine, but does not change when the text is changed in settings.

Also, once Messenger opens up, the first line is great “Hi! Welcome to Camryn Limousine. How can we help you?” The client would like the next line that appears to also ask for a phone number in here: “What’s your email address in case we’re disconnected?”

Any help is greatly appreciated.
