Change Frontend Format of Variable Pricing

I am hoping someone can help me with this. Many thanks in advance.

I have my pricing set up as variables as we offer bulk discounts.

The problem I have encountered is that the pricing shows up on both the category page (under the product picture) and the product details page (to the right of the product picture) showing the lowest to highest price. i.e. it will show $2.36—$26.27, the lowest being if a customer buys 1,000 and the highest if they only buy one.

I only want to show the price of one product in those two places. How do I achieve this?
