Change front end size

I am currently using shortcode that allows only the current user to view their own schedule. My issue is I am using KLEAN as a base theme. It has a max of about 600pixels of main content area due to the size bars on both left as well as right.
Is it possible to limit the size the front end use sees in order to fit better and not push my right side bar over causing a left to right scroll?
Super great plug in by the way…Love it.
