change from shared Hosting to a VPS

  • Hi there,
    I want to bay the oceanWP extensions and install it in my shared hosting for the test then I want to transfer my whole website to a dedicated VPS
    my question is what will happen with my paid extensions, can I transfer theme too.
    help me, please
