Change “From” display name on subscription confirmation

    When a new user subscribes to a newsletter, the “from” email shows an incorrect name. The email address itself is correct, just the actual name. It’s all correct on the actual email account. Help would be much appreciated please!

    I regret to say I did not understand your question.

    Is the information saved in your MailChimp.com account when someone subscribes using a form created with our plugin is incorrect?

    Can you share a link where you have placed our form?

    I’ve actually sorted it, it was an incorrect setting in Mailchimp.
