Change 'from' address and name

Is there a way to change ‘from’ address and name for the ‘Notify Users E-Mail’ plugin?
I am using a server which is different than the hostname, so messages are received from wordpress@nas, instead of [email protected]
And I would like the name to be ‘Info’ instead of ‘WordPress’Thanks
