Change Footer Widths for Cell Phones

    Hello,

    In the footer of all my pages I have a form to sign up for a newsletter and to follow us on social media. On laptops and desktops it looks fine, but when viewed on a cell phone, it looks as thought each column has been limited to 50% width of the screen. I have no problem with the newsletter form being above the social media content links, but I would appreciate it if someone could let me know how to have the footer equal the full width of the screen.
