Change Footer Text Color

    I found the following code to change my footer background and spacing, but I cannot find CSS to change the footer text color to black.

    I am using the following code:
    #footer {
    background: #FFFFFF;
    border-bottom: 0px solid #FFFFFF;
    border-top: 2px solid #000000;
    padding: 2px 5px;
    }

    Can someone help with how to change font color?

    UPDATE: For the footer, some of the widgets are TEXT. I know how to change the font for those. What I cannot figure out is the Widget Titles (Sign Up for Updates, Website Links, Connect With Us, Photography, Disclosure, Copyright). They are all white, but how can I make them black?
