Change footer setting to always show, instead of button trigger

    I’ve been looking everywhere and the current footer + copyright is located at the footer, but requires to click on the arrow button on the left to expand and open it.

    Where can I set to always show, static at the bottom without the expand button?

    Also tried going to edit page, display footer widgets area, tried Default / Enable, but it still remains with the expand button.

    Please advice.
