Change Footer bg color not working

Hello, guys!

I tryed many ways to change background color of the footer and it didn’t work.
I don’t know anymore what I’m doing wrong.

Someone can help me?

I use Customizr Pro theme under Customizr Child.

Look at some code that I used below:

background-color: #004997;               
}
