change footer and side bar

Hi:
I was wondering how get my ‘TOS’ and ‘contact us’ links on the bottom of the pages and post and not where they are appearing now. Also, I would like to put an auto responder field in the upper right hand corner of the front page only. Is there a way to make this happen and NOT have it show up on every post/page? It would also be good if the other links could be changed and still show underneath the auto responder field on the sidebar. Any pointers would be good. Thanks
