Change Font-type of Site Title
-
My website is packslight.com
I want to change the font-type of my site title, the part that says “SHE PACKS LIGHT”. I have the custom css ability and child themes like singlepost.php, etc.
I just want it to be in cursive instead of big block letters!

Hi..
Please go to Admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Options >> Theme General Settings.
Now copy below CSS code into Custom CSS editor.
.logo a { font-family: FONT-NAME !important; }
Here FONT-NAME is replaced by your desired font.
Save the changes.
Thanks.
Worked perfectly, thank you!!!
More questions if you can answer them:
-How can I remove “gogabby”, the administrator name, from the preview posts carousel at the bottom of the page? I just want the dates and number of comments.
– No matter what I try my images won’t center when I publish my posts.
https://www.packslight.com/why-leavenworth-washington-should-be-your-next-winter-destination/-I used a plugin called “BWS Plugin – Social Button” because I wanted to people to see the amount of tweets and facebook likes each post has. But I want to REMOVE it from the Portofilo options because it belongs there. Is there a CSS code that can do this or is a specific plug in problem?
– I want my social media links that are in the footer of the page to also be in the header, but I want them ABOVE the site title, not below it. Is that possible?
I’m sorry for the abundance of questions but I think it’s better to get them out now while you might see them, because I think they are easy fixes that I am stuck on. THANK YOU
Hi..
Please make child theme directory and create a home blog.php file.
1) Now copy code from LINK and paste code into your child theme’s home-blog.php file.
Also copy below CSS code into Custom CSS Editor.
.aligncenter { display: block; margin: 0 auto; }
Save the changes.
2) Here are no social link show on portfolio blog and Please share your header.php file.
Thanks.
Other fixes seem to have worked perfectly. Thank you

</div>The “gogabby” at the bottom of the carousel is still there, the code from the link did not change it.
The code to center the images worked, thank you.
Also, you can see the Facebook “Like” button in the middle of my website where it says “Trip Reviews”, “Travel Tips” and “Trip Photos”. I would like to hide only these 3 like buttons.
Still trying to move the social media buttons above the site title.
Thank you
Hi,
NOTE: Its not right way to provide code in post, you should add code within the Code tag.
2) Please activate child theme.
3)Please add Below CSS in Custom CSS editor
.service .fcbk_share { display: none !important; }
Save the changes.
1) Please create header.php in child theme and add code from the LINK.
Now add your social links and enable social icon on header from Theme Options.
Let us know for further assistance.
Thanks.
I have all of the child themes. Thank you for your help. All of your fixes have worked except for removing “gogabby” from the bottom carousel. Instead now the carousel is removed completely… Please advise.
Correction it was just my internet connection. The “gogabby” is still there but I can live with it. Thank you. Resolved.
Most Welcome.
Thanks.
