Change font size in Table

Hello,
I’m working on an unpublished blog post (I linked a previous post with a table) and regardless of the topography settings I set for an inserted table the font size stays the same. I would like the font for the body of the table to be the same size as the header section.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
