change font size in menu?

I can’t seem to find where to adjust the size of the menu font? I bet custom css would be an option, but I’m not very technically advanced. I’d like the menu font to be about 18 or so (I’d have to see it to know for sure), but I’d want it to still be sensitive to being on mobile/pads, etc.

.menu-item a {
font-size: 20px!important;
}
