Change font on blog page panel

Hello Everyone,

I am looking forward to change the font on my blog page:

I would love to change the colour font, only to this page! I have been trying to change the font of the single posts, however it is linked with the panel post / blog page, and I have then to change the background… Is there a method to have that text white ? and on single post pages have the text black?
