Change font color of event titles in list feed

You probably need some custom css to be placed in your theme – something like:

.gce-list-event, .gce-tooltip-event {
        color: #000;
    }

I am not very technical and my theme does not seem to add much formatting for me. I wondered if any of the following was possible (and easy enough for me to do?):

1. Can I change the color of the date and also bold it?
2. Is it possible to inset the event details that show below the date or perhaps put them in a colored box?
3. My event list is running together. can I add a space between the events?

Ideally, I would like it to look like this site’s widget: advancedfastpitchtraining.com
