• When a user downloads their certificate via Profile > Certificates > Certificate > Download button the file is always called test-certificate.pdf

Is there a way to edit this name? Ideally to the course and user’s name. But would settle for just “certificate” as test-certificate looks quite unprofessional.

    Hi,

The name of the certificate when downloaded is the title of the certificate, please go to LearnPress -> Certificate and recheck.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for fast response

The title of the certificate is “Certificate of Attendance” and has been since creation.

It may have been called test certificate in the past. I purged cache for all certificates but I still have the same issue.

I can create a new certificate, delete the previous one and then add new one to all the same courses as previous. How will this affect people who have already gained this certificate?

    thanks
