    I apologize for the late response.

    Currently, it is not possible to change the Delivery date label in our lite version of the Product Delivery Date plugin. However, it is possible to change the Delivery fields label using the Pro version of our Product Delivery Date plugin. You can check the Pro version of this plugin here.
