Change Fetch Feed Order Newest > Oldest

Wanting to know how to change the order in which the feeds are fetched. Currently its getting the oldest to newest feeds from the looks of it. My problem is im updating every couple hours but running into the issue of Duplicate old feeds and system stops before it can get to the new feeds.
Need to change it to fetch the newest feeds first. Still need the duplicate feature enabled.

Any thoughts?
