    Hi, I am having trouble using an existing Pixel (from other business manager) in the setup.

    To clarify, you can only use a Pixel from the business manager that is connected to your site. If you want to use a pixel from a different business manager, you would need to switch that business manager.

    Hi Austin, what do you mean with “connected to your site”?

    I can only select 1 business manager trough the setup, not the one with the right pixel. Only the one that created the Facebook page (which is the BM with the new, wrong, pixel).

    Hi @fred825e8762387. In Facebook, each page can be only be owned by one business. Have you changed the ownership of the page to the business manager that you want to connect?

    Was Facebook for WooCommerce previously connected to one business manager account, but now you want to swap it to another business manager account? If so, you can try uninstalling the plugin and removing the WooCommerce Facebook App that is currently set up? Then try to connect Facebook for WooCommerce again

    Transferring ownership of the page is not an option.

    You should be able to change the pixel as long as you are the owner of the Business Manager.
