Try this custom CSS:

.entry-meta span, .entry-meta a {
    font-size: 13px;//choose your size
}

If you are not satisfied you can report.

So I just tried the same thing with the entry-footer, using:

.entry-footer span, .entry-footer a {
font-size: 12px;
}

But that didn’t work the same way? ??

Is there something different I should be doing?
