    Hi

This is a general issue that I have with 2023; when I try to change the background color, it only changes it for a row/group. I want to change the background colour for the entire footer area. Is there a way to do this with CSS? No matter what I try to change/click on visually I can’t seem to get it

    Thanks

I can definitely understand wanting to have that kind of effect.

What I would suggest is wrapping all the elements of your Footer in a Group block – which you can then set a background on.

    Group block

You’d be able to do that inside the Footer part – so the structure would be something like.

    • Footer (Template Part)
      • Group Block (with background assigned)
        • Block
        • Block
        • Block

Like this – where I have a pink background on the Group block.

Could you try that out and see how it goes?

Apologies for the late reply; that did it, thank you!
