Change email when registering and sending emails

Good morning

I need help regarding the mail that arrives when a new user registers on my website, I want to edit it by changing the source mail, the subject and the content of the mail itself.

I also need to send an email to all users with a specific role at the moment when an event is created from the plugin the events calendar.
