Change email recipient

  • I made a custom order status with admin email. is there any way i can trigger to change admin email and send it to another stuff member email.

    I have 2 employee. From order page i want to send email to specific employee. not just main admin. so is there anyway i can pass employee email to the recipient?

    Hello @rokeyfx,

    If your custom email notifications are triggered manually, you can select those emails under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Attach to, and send the manual email from the Send order email panel in the order editing view when you need it.
