    We do take over the WordPress lost password function, and there isn’t a way to modify that process currently.

    You can use an alternate method to customize the process: hide the WordPress lost password link, and link instead to a hosted Ontraport form. The form fill out would trigger a campaign to handle updating the password. You can then personalize every aspect of the process.
