Change Email Address Where Forgot Password email comes from

Hey there, All is working well with this plugin except when someone forgets their password and needs to go through the ‘forgotten password’ process. An email is triggered from [email protected] (wordpress being the prefix to our domain).

How can I change this to be from something like [email protected]? Thank you!
