Change e mail that receiving subscribtion notifications

    Dear Friends,
    I want to change the email that I am receiving subscription notification that some one has subscribed to my site.
    I do not know where to find this option
    also, I do not know if your plugin has popup feature for subscription
    Any help would be highly appreciated
