Change download status – Button changes to sold out etc

    I searched for add ons and plugins but there is no option to change a download status in admin to “sold out” or to “not available” etc.
    So the the purchase button in front end will change to sold out, available etc. and is not clickable.

    Anyone knows any plugin?

    Or is this easy to code with custom field or something?
