Change download name

Can i change the name of the file beeing downloaded.
The file is on a different server and has a propper name. Because the URL is a little bit strange i now get a download file names ‘hi.pdf’ in stead of my own named file. Can i change the name so in stead of ‘hi.pdf’ it gets the name i want?
