Change domaine name – Same host – Cannot enter admin area

Hi everyone,

I just used a plugin named Backup to transfer my website from my domain name to the new one I want to use.

I have followed the following 10 steps here : https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/migrate-website

But once the operation done, I cannot enter the new domain/wp-amin area. So I am pretty lost. I find nowhere the right step to solve this.

Anyone could help me ?
