Hi, Alrady figured it out. In appearence, custm css, we typed the following:

.navbar-inverse .navbar-nav >li {
display: inline;
margin-right: 20px;
margin-top: 45px;
}

before it was on the main css style sheet with a margin top of 20

Just in case anyone needs this.
