Change Displayed Link Title

I’m pretty much a newbie so sorry if the solution should be apparent. I’ve inserted several links within my blog post, for example a youtube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxzJAF1BxP4. But I want to change the display from the above link to something like “youtube link”. I don’t really know html so looking for a button or something I can click and it allows me to change the text.
