  • Hello @detroitwidget

    Thanks for trying out SuperPWA.

The answer is not right now. Since most people would want their PWA to behave like a normal app and not show the address bar, and to keep things simple, we have not included an option to change display mode.

Of course we can take this as a feature request. But to understand your need better, why do you need to set the display mode and browser?

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hi Arun,

I’m just trying to anticipate the needs of different clients. Some may not understand the absence of an address bar and other functionality.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

But isn’t that the expected behavior of a native app?

While I am not saying no, shall we think of this bridge when we get there? I mean if clients are confused or complain or something of that sort.

    Does that make sense?

Added this to the feature list in our roadmap. Will wait for further feedback from you and other users before considering it for a release.

Please feel free to add any feedback related to this request here.
