Change discussion/comment link?

  • I have an integrated site using Vanilla and WordPress. WP posts don’t have WP comments, but, instead link to a message forum thread that is automatically created. The blog post is linked to the Vanilla discussion via a “discussion” link where the WP comment link usually is.

    My Problem:

    I’d like to change the link structure on the Vanilla side to be a more friendly form. If I do so, how do I change the link embedded in the “discussion” tag?
