change direction of subscription form widget

Hi,
First, thank you again for a great plugin and for your responsiveness in this forum!
My question is, is there a way to change the direction of the subscription form (question 9)? We have a newsletter at paper.li, and it doesn’t work to route the subscription through Specific Feeds. (That works ok for people subscribing to the WP blog, just not for the paper.li newsletter). So I would like to change the code to direct it to the paper.li subscription list.

If this is possible with the premium version, please let me know so I can upgrade.
