Change default text for dropdowns

Hello,

We have been using your plugin and it works great! But we were wondering if there’s a way to change the default text that shows in the dropdown menus.

Instead of just “Product Categories” we would like the default selection for the dropdown to be “All Categories” to show our users that they will be searching all categories if they don’t pick a specific one.

Is this possible?
