Change default color scheme

Is it possible to change the default colors for a theme aligned color scheme, so users don’t need to change the style every time that a new ultimate block is added?
For example, I need that when I add a Call To Action bloc, the button comes already in a color matching the colors of my site instead of the default super bright orange.
