Change date/time of post

  • I attempted to change the date/time of a post I made via the admin panel, however it refused to change it.
    I had to modify it via accessing the database directly.
    How do I do it then?

  • Did you make sure the ‘edit timestamp’ check box was checked? And then click on ‘edit this’/ ‘blog this’ button?
    Even if you change the values of the timestamp fields, they won’t be saved unlessthe checkbox is checked.
