• is there any sort of plugin or hack that will allow me take the oldest post & repost it with todays date, so my posts can rotate?

  • Never heard of one and can’t imagine many wanting such a plugin, but I could be wrong… it’s happened before.

    Edit: What would be the point? Changing the date of the post will break the links if you have permalinks turned on. Once a post is read, why throw it back up? If a reader wants to read it again, they will either search for it or will have bookmarked it (though the bookmark will throw a “not found”).

    because i dont care about permalinks. …im using wordpress for content management rather than just a blog

    Well, you certainly don’t have to display the posts by date.

    I’m looking for the same thing. I’m using WP as a CMS and need to put an early post up at the top agian. Can’t seem to figure out how to sory the posts on date stamp rather than post name or ID ??
