Change date format

Hi,

I’m using Univero template on a client’s website https://orff.fr
The template uses Educator plugin, and I created some courses.
But it’s a french website, I translated some contents with WPML, and I also wanted to change the date format within the right column.
It’s currently mm/dd/yyyy and I wanted to set dd/mm/yyyy. WordPress is already set for french format but it doesn’t change on courses’ pages, like: https://orff.fr/formations/pedagogie-instrumentarium/

Is it possible to know how to manage it? Do I need to change a core file?

Moreover, even if I translate the skill levels, they stay in english, like “Beginner” where I would like “Débutant” in french. Do you know how can I make the change here?
