Change date-format

    Hey,

    thank you for this great theme.
    I translated the most important parts to German already, added some more post-formats, but now I’d like to change the date-format from this “Freitag, Dezember 8, 2017” to “Freitag, 8. Dezember 2017”.
    How would I do that?
