The My Profile page shows the details for all groups which a user belongs to. If a user is member of multiple groups then it will show field sections of all those groups. In your case, it seems like you are member of multiple groups and all groups have field sections named ‘Personal Details’. You can change name of the field sections in these groups to resolve the problem.
To change Section name and field label, please refer to the following steps :
1) Login to WordPress dashboard and go to ProfileGrid menu.
2) Here you will see all Groups, then go to Fields for a group and then click on the Section name tab on the left side.
3) Next, go to “Edit Section” link, Change name, and save it.
4) To change label of a field, edit the field and change the “Profile Field Name” to label whatever you want and save it.
