Change “Cookie Settings” button font color

Hi,

Is there a way to change the font color of the “Cookie settings” button on the initial banner from the default green? In your settings, I can change the message text color and the “ACCEPT” button background. But I can’t seem to find a place to change the color of the font for the button to change “Cookie settings.”
