change 'Continue Reading' copy/link

  • great theme. on the Featured Post/Pg Slider i’m just looking to change the ‘Continue Reading’ copy/link (Continue Reading, link: POST), to a new ‘Register Now’ copy/link (Register Now, link: PAGE)

    where can i edit that ‘continue reading’ link?!

    feel like i’ve looked everywhere. would appreciate your help. ty.
