Change context text of shared blog on FB

Hey guys,

On my blogs I putted different options to share. So when people read my blog they can share it. Now I have a problem and I have no idea how to fix it.
When I share my blog on facebook the content text shows:

Email No comments .. and then author + a summary of the blog.

I have no idea why it says Email. The comments are off on the blog, but even if I put it on it still shows no comments.

Does anyone have any idea how I can change the content text that shows when my blog is shared on facebook? This to increase people clicking on the post because the content text looks good.

Does something need to change in the coding? or is it the plugin I am using?
