change content in meta Viewport

  • Hello.
    Installed the theme on the i-craft website.
    I can not change in meta name = “viewport” content = “user-scalable = yes” to user-scalable = no.
    I can’t find anywhere where it is prescribed and changed. If forced to register in the header, then all the same, all values ??change as indicated somewhere in the subject. Please, help.
