Change Comment field title

    Hello Again…

    I am trying to change the title of the Comment box on the theme the standard title is

    Leave a Reply, and i think the code that generates that is

    <h3 id="reply-title" class="comment-reply-title">Leave a Reply

    I assume if i want to change this i need to generate some CSS, but what exactly i am not that qualified.

    Can somebody assist please?
