    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.

I think it’s a good idea – are you using the plugin ?

I’d be interested in hearing from any other plugin users if this would be a good change.

What I could do, for example, is re-position the thumbnail to the left of the title and for those that prefer the original way have an option to put the thumbnail in the original position.

    Thanks again,

    Sean

I am using the plugin. I do a lot of image portfolio type of stuff and the admin is practically useless without it. I used to write it myself, but I’d much prefer to use your plugin. : )

I’d vote to have the thumbnail on the left.

Even more enthusiastically, I’d vote to remove the pencil icon. It wastes precious space and doesn’t add any functionality. If you want to edit the image, click on it.

Left or right side option would be good.

Also +1 for removing pencil icon.

Perhaps also make the column sortable so I can quickly find all posts without a featured image.

+ 1 for remove pencil icon.

On another note, this may be CRAZY… but I have recently moved to using Advanced Custom Fields for images entirely and no longer use the featured image…

If there was some setting where I could type a string “project_image” and have that appear instead… well, it would be really awesome. : )

I’m on the fence about the column position.

I have tested it locally and might include it in a future release.

However, I have recently removed the pencil icon based on feedback ??

I’m going to close this for now.

Thank you for using my plugin.

+1 for having thumbnails on left by default.
And adding an option for aligning right in settings for those who prefer it.
